At first, I had no intention whatsoever to know BTS. I knew news that went through my facebook timeline that they have huge fandom and that they have crazy fans. I also heard the news that they came to Indonesia for their concert tour. My friend went to the concert and came back bruised. Then the news continued to stream through my timeline. I once pried into the matter and found out that it was a fanwar. It did not leave any good impression so I pried no more.

I wrote previously about Get to Know Oiran which briefly explained who Oiran is and how it was in the Edo period. I also explained how Oiran was high on demand with higher price than Geisha. Geisha won over Oiran in popularity and Oiran lost its business slowly which eventually banned by the Japanese government.
Here are skills that made Oiran special: Everyone knows about geisha or artist literally, but what about oiran?
Oiran used to be higher than geisha back in Edo period. They wore better garments and more flamboyant hair ornaments parallel to the skills they possessed. Yet, people think they are the same as geisha. So, who were oiran? Recently, I had a photosession with Frea Mai in Bluemoon Studio. It was a traditional chinese clothing photosession so, we both wore hanfu(汉服) called qi xiong ru qun (齐胸襦裙).
I had wanted to do it for a long time. I used to be obsessed with watching Wu Mei Niang Chuan Qi (武媚娘传奇) or also known as The Empress of China. Not only because of the story, the clothes too are all very well-designed. Happy St. Valentine's Day, everyone!
Specially on this day, I would like to share Okita Souji's Romance. There were rumours about this particular gallant swordsman. I first knew cosplay when I was twelve or thirteen. All the cosplayers seemed sparkling and glimmering. I wanted to be like them, however, my parents were against it because it was 'weird'
Be prepared because this will be a long post. I will be sharing about how Botan was written and everything regarding its webtoon which used to be quite popular in Webtoon Indonesia.
Fun Facts Shinsengumi Members
Shinsengumi was an organization under the sponsorship of Aizu Clan during the Bakumatsu Period in Japan. They were consisted of men who strived to become samurai, retainers of Shogun. They were peasants and they did it as a form of patriotism and nationalism to their beloved motherland. They, too, had sides. Here are some fun facts I would love to share Every writer has his own writing setup whether he has a sophisticated taste in the choice of flowing music or the feeling of a chair. Personally, I don't think my writing is extraordinary, but let me share what I do when I want to write short story, continuation of Botan -peony-, or Aki no Mikazuki (Autumn Crescent Moon).
